Just kidding. Nice to see the blog launching, gentlemen. For any readers looking here, you will not find a better team of marketing minds or editorial talent. Plus, they are “good people” with a great sense of humor, a solid work ethic, all grounded by family values. You can place your trust in them.

Ok, Julito….My son is going into the army on the 25th of August, and my graphic designer comes back from Mexico on Saturday. I am going to get Fernando’s National Anthem on my company website, and am wondering if you would like to donate his cd to my son’s group? I am getting businesses from all over Cali (ok, La and Marin County) to participate. Let me know!

Hi Julio, I was introduced to you through @keyinfluencer and was excited to hear Fernando Varela. Is he related to you? He is fantastic.

    Julio Varela,
Wow! It’s been what..over 20 years! It’s Roger Rodriguez’87 Fordham Prep. I saw Andy Saavedra’s post for your blog via Facebook. I have literally just started a social networking site on Ning…just a few hours ago it went online. Currently by invite only but eventually will go public. The theme is old school music and also features artists of today. I wish to educate and expose my members to new genres of music. Don’t know if you remember that I was always into that stuff even way back in the Spanish Club Days! I would very much like to feature your younger brother Fernando on the music site sometime next month. It’s ironic that I also see the pro Latino theme in your blog. My Ning site features the PBS special Latin Music USA. I spread the word about this special and many have given me thanks for letting them know of this great show. My site also features Jenn Jade Ledesna (Latin Jazz Singer) and sister to Kerwin Ledesna ‘91. She is the featured artist on the main page and her vocals and band are hot! My site is very much in the infancy stages (only a hobby until I retire from PD). I plan on expanding this theme to other directions in the future and am very much leaning towards the Latino theme. Hope the years have blessed you and please reach out via email so we can chat some more. I will send you the link so you can see for yourself and enjoy the old school music and some of the new. Andy and Chris Crespo have already signed up. TTYS….Roger.

Roger, I LOVE the Internet. What is up, mi hermano? Ha, Spanish Club dances! I remember them well. Peace, bro. Yes, we would love to have you add Fernando to the site. Send it to me when you can. Peace!
